Make Briquettes from Sawdust and Paraffins

Details of 500kg/h Paraffin and Sawdust Briquette Plant

Air flow drier will dry the varies moisture sawdust to moisture 10%-12%；
Paraffin crusher, and be sure mixing with the sawdust with 1:1；
Go to mixer with 1:1 Paraffin powder and dried sawdust by screw conveyor；
After mixing, the mixed materials will go to Pre-Bin and the deplier will use the blade to deliver the materials in the hopper of the briquette press. And the final briquettes will be delivered by net conveyor for storage.

Raw Materials: We mix the sawdust and paraffins with 50% and 50% together and make testing. Attach the pictures for your reference:

Final Briquettes: Diameter 30mm,thickness is 20mm.

Briquette Machine Description

Paraffin-crushing Mill

The paraffin will go to the crushing chamber by cyclone from the hopper, and the paraffin was crushed by the high speed blades and discharging by cyclone and dust collector.
