Mobile biomass crusher is a good helper in processing biomass matters into small pieces, straw pieces can be used to produce biomass pellets and high quality feed for poultry; wood pieces can be used in high quality wood pellet fuel and the nutritional base for mushrooms. As mobile biomass crusher running is always with safety issue, there is a list of tips for you to remember during operating the machine.

1.    Power on with no feeding, check the rotation speed is correct.

2.    When changing the blade, make sure the distance between blade end and blade plate is about 2-4 mm. If the screw is worn, replace it with new one. The blade angle and rotation speed shall not change when it is running.

3.    When the desired crushing effect can’t be reached by adjusting the length of the blade, change the sieve with different diameters.

4.    The raw biomass material shall not contain any impurities like stone and iron, this is for the safe production and the longer service life of the crusher parts.

5.    The screw of the hammer shall be checked regularly and replaced with new ones when in bad conditions.

6.    The sharpening angle range is 28-30°, other angle choices may cause damage to the blade.

7.    If the crusher machine is running frequently, add butter to the bearings each 4 hours.
